On February 10th, 2025 at approximately 05:05 Windsor Severance Fire Rescue, UC Health EMS and Windsor Police Department were dispatched to a vehicle vs structure at 7th Street and Garden Street. Dispatch advised while units were enroute the driver had experienced a medical emergency and left the roadway and struck the structure. Medics arrived on scene and evaluated the driver and two other patients. Firefighters were able to evaluate the structural damage and shut off the power supply to the residence. Crews remained on scene to shore the structure until the proper repairs can be completed.
